Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Science, Technology, or related field preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales support or account coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day account coordination and administrative activities.
• Prepare quotations, timelines, customer documentation, and sales materials.
• Process and track customer requests with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate sample requests and technical documentation with internal teams.
• Serve as primary contact for routine customer inquiries and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, R&D, Regulatory to support projects.
• Prepare for customer meetings, business reviews, trade shows, and events.
