Job summary

The Hut Group (Bentley Labs) is seeking a Customer Account Planner in Edison, NJ to manage end-to-end orders and production coordination. You will liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate forecasting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in planning, preferably in contract manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve business challenges.
• Ability to filter and prioritize information and identify risks and opportunities.
• Experience working cross-functionally with all levels to complete projects.
• Flexible and capable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the order lifecycle from receipt through shipment and coordinate internal activities to meet production timelines.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning to review forecasts and align to revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Sales and Cost Accounting to confirm pricing structures that support margins.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with proactive, transparent communication.
• Track orders, batch records and production data in the MRP system.
