JOB DESCRIPTION

As a CAM-2 (Customer Account Manager), you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Core and Premier account customers, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and long-term success. You will serve as a trusted advisor, handling inquiries and processing orders across multiple communication channels while proactively identifying opportunities to expand business through strategic engagement. Your role includes developing comprehensive account plans, negotiating contracts, forecasting revenue, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support. Additionally, you will engage with new and potential customers to drive growth and act as the voice of the customer within the organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

2-7+ years experience customer account management. ERP experience required. Experience with the MS Suite.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Associate degree or higher is preferred. Capable of working independently and self-motivated.
