The Sr. Field Account Manager supports service and engagement with customers to strengthen relationships with UnitedHealthcare. Responsibilities include educating customers on their benefit plans, wellness resources, and communicating administrative or service-related changes (e.g., network or pharmacy preferred drug changes). The role emphasizes coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, conducting open enrollment meetings, wellness fairs, and facilitating communication between customers and internal service teams, including education on escalation paths.

The hourly pay range is $24.04 to $55.29, based on full-time employment and various factors including location, experience, and certifications. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401(k).
