FedEx Freight, Inc. in Richfield Township, Ohio seeks a customer-focused professional to manage an assigned set of customers through the expedited shipment lifecycle.
You will quote, secure, and monitor shipments in the Freight Management System and keep customers updated to ensure a superior experience. The role emphasizes independent decision-making, prioritization, and a sense of urgency to seize business opportunities.
Interacts with selected customers throughout their expedited shipment lifecycle. Quotes, secures, monitoris shipments in the Freight Management System as well as updates customers regarding their shipments. Requires an elevated degree of independent and critical thinking and the ability to proactively call attention to issues that impact customer satisfaction. Sole point-of-contact for selected customers and will maintain an ongoing relationship that will enable them to provide an exceptional customer experience and to secure new and grow existing business. Require the ability to quickly change direction and prioritize work with a higher level of autonomy. Exhibits a strong sense of urgency to initiate and positively respond to business opportunities.
This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay Range: $17.30- $22.25 depending on experience
