Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to support our Sheboygan, WI box plant. This role acts as the primary liaison between our sales team, internal departments, and customers, ensuring accurate orders and dependable deliveries.

You will manage customer accounts, maintain data, enter orders, and coordinate shipments while collaborating with Quality Assurance to address feedback and root causes. On-site five days a week, with OT and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with customers.
• Proficient in Outlook and Excel for spreadsheets with formulas.
• Experience with record-keeping documentation.
• Willingness to work OT, weekends and travel 5–10% as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts through proactive communication by phone and email, coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets to track inventory, order status and production data.
• Enter orders, cancellations, and changes for multiple accounts with accuracy.
• Coordinate shipments with the shipping department.
• Follow up on customer feedback with QA to identify root causes and provide solutions.

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator supporting our Sheboygan, WI box plant facility. This position acts as a primary liaison between our sales team, internal departments, and customers. The Customer Account Coordinator (CAC) creates value by ensuring accurate orders, quality customer service, and deliveries by Georgia-Pacific.

Pay

$21.50-36.54/hour based on experience

What You Will Do

• Manage customer accounts through proactive communication through phone and email as well as collaborate with internal teams to ensure the customers are highly satisfied
• Create and maintain spreadsheets to track inventory, order status and other customer and production-related data
• Enter orders, cancellations, and changes for multiple customer accounts with accuracy and a focus on customer needs/requirements.
• Coordinate shipments of products with the shipping department
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance to follow up on customer feedback and identify a root cause to offer solutions to customers
• Manage inventories for effective production review and planning
• Periodic customer visits to conduct business reviews or onboarding activities
• Visit customers periodically to conduct business reviews or perform onboarding activities
• Accounts payable/receivable duties
• This role will be onsite 5 days/week

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 2+ years of experience working with customers
• Proficient in Outlook and Excel with ability to create spreadsheets using formulas to track, calculate and analyze data
• Experience with record-keeping management/documentation
• Willingness to work OT, weekends and travel 5-10% of the time as required to support the business

What Will Put You Ahead

• Administrative experience in a manufacturing, logistics, industrial, distribution, or packaging environment
• Associate degree or higher
• Accounting experience, including handling credit/debit transactions, conducting research, and assisting with pricing
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors
