This is a hands-on field leadership role guiding day-to-day site operations, coordinating with subcontractors and trade partners to uphold top-quality workmanship and schedule.

The role requires overseeing safety, budget adherence, and timely communication with clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• Aminimumof2–3yearsofexperienceinconstructionandprojectmanagementrequired.

Responsibilities

• Developandmaintaindaily,weekly,monthly,andannualprojectschedules;distributebiweeklyscheduleupdatestokeepallpartiesalignedandaccountabletodeadlines.
• Respondtoallcorrespondencewithin24hours,withprofessionalismandrespectineveryinteraction.
• Maintainaconsistent,visiblepresenceonsitetofieldquestionsfromsubcontractorsandremaindirectlyinvolvedineverydecisionaffectingthework;collaboratewitharchitects,designers,andprojectmanagersasneeded.
• Groundeverydecisionintheprojectbudget,escalatingquestionsorproposedchangestotheProjectManager—nocontractsorchangeapprovalsshouldproceedwithoutProjectManagerand/orclientsign-off.
• MeetbiweeklywiththeProjectManagertoreviewscheduleandbudgetperformanceandconfirmeachprojectremainsontrack.
• Applydeep,currentknowledgeofbuildingpracticesandcodestoensureworkiscompletedtothecaliberourcustomhomeclientsexpect,andthatallinspectionsaremanagedprofessionally.

POSITIONOVERVIEW

MTCisseekinganexperiencedSuperintendenttooverseecustomresidentialconstructionandremodelprojectsfrommobilizationthroughfinalcompletion,withparticularattentiontointeriorfinish.Thisisahands-onfieldleadershiprole:theSuperintendentdirectsday-to-daysiteoperations,partnerscloselywithsubcontractorsandtradepartnerstoupholdthehigheststandardsofqualityandworkmanship,andensureseveryprojectisexecutedsafely,accurately,onschedule,andwithinbudget—toastandardbefittingourcustomclientele.
