Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking skilled manufacturing workers in Germantown, WI to perform winding, wiring, assembly, fabrication, and module testing. The role requires reading three-view drawings and schematics, working from production standards, and maintaining efficient production times.

The position covers 1st and 2nd shifts with emphasis on quality, safety, and teamwork in an ES D-sensitive environment. Prior experience with copper winding, panel wiring, and test procedures is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to receive, understand, and give clear instructions in English, both oral and written.
• Be well organized, safe, and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Team oriented with ability to work in an ESD aware environment and follow drawings/schematics.

Responsibilities

• Set up winding machinery and load/change spools per specifications.
• Wire and assemble filter panels and enclosures per drawings and schematics.
• Assemble and test modules and units, including electrical testing and verification.
