Job summary

Stuller, Inc. is seeking a Private Manufacturing Program Manager within the Customization and Customer Experience teams.

You’ll guide new business opportunities from discovery through onboarding, aligning manufacturing solutions to client goals and ensuring a seamless, consultative experience. Ideal candidates have strong communication, business acumen, and organizational skills, with experience in development, account management, or project management, and proficiency in Salesforce and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education/experience.
• Experience in business development, account management, project management, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-level customer service.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and with teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery conversations to understand objectives and manufacturing requirements.
• Evaluate project submissions and guide opportunities through vetting to determine workflow.
• Manage Salesforce and online project submissions for successful launches.
• Prospect and onboard high-potential customers and design opportunities within Custom Manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Development and Production Managers to align timelines, estimates, specs, and expectations.
• Support pricing model development and estimate calculation tools with leadership.
• Develop and maintain customer journey strategies for onboarding, engagement, and long-term success.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Analytics, CAD/CAM, Customer Experience, and Customer Segments to drive growth.
• Monitor pipeline health and identify opportunities for future growth.
• Prepare and deliver weekly reports on project performance and metrics.
• Present insights and results to internal stakeholders.
