Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in merchandising, ecommerce, marketing, retail, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Google Analytics Certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic merchandising presentations focused on category performance, current initiatives, and future opportunities.
• Partner with Category Owners and Digital Marketing teams to optimize product discovery through site navigation, filters, and category page enhancements.
• Lead print merchandising initiatives, including product selection, pagination planning, and product story development for marketing materials.
• Collaborate with Digital Content and Merchandising Coordinators to ensure product data, imagery, and content accuracy across channels.
• Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and market insights to identify merchandising opportunities and improve shopping experiences.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with teams including Merchandising, Digital Merchandising, Data Services, Customer Experience, and Product Development & Design.
• Support the execution of integrated merchandising strategies across print, digital, and event-based marketing initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement through testing, analysis, and optimization of merchandising programs and product presentation strategies.
