Our client is a Northeast builder of more than thirty years standing, working across luxury urban residences, fine suburban custom homes and large, technically complex institutional and commercial projects. This role sits in their Property Services Division in Boston, which looks after homes the firm already has a relationship with instead of one-off jobs.

They are looking for a Custom & Small Projects Manager to run luxury residential custom builds of up to $5 million, owning schedule, quality and financials on their own jobs and reporting to a Senior Project Manager.

What you would be doing

• Own the schedule, the quality and the financial performance of your own projects.
• Write and execute client and vendor contracts yourself.
• Keep submittal logs and O&M documentation clean and current.
• Stay in daily contact with clients and design professionals.

What the role requires

• High-end residential construction experience. This is a requirement at this level.
• Technical breadth across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, high-end finishes, millwork, appliances and the building envelope.
• A record of running custom residential projects end to end, on budget and to a luxury finish standard.

Compensation: $80,000-$120,000 per year
