Nixon Custom Homes is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of luxury custom homes throughout the Preston Hollow and Park Cities areas. With decades of experience building architect-designed homes, Nixon Custom Homes has earned a reputation for quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional client experiences.

This role is ideal for a construction professional who takes pride in managing high-end residential projects, coordinating trades, maintaining quality standards, and delivering outstanding homes from preconstruction through completion.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage daily construction activities for luxury custom home projects.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and key milestones.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and project partners.
  • Ensure craftsmanship, quality standards, and job site expectations are maintained.
  • Identify and resolve construction challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Review plans, scopes of work, and project details during preconstruction.

What We're Looking For:
  • 4-10 years of residential construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing luxury custom home projects required.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, construction sequencing, and field coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with Buildertrend, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors, architects, and vendors.
  • Organized, proactive, and accountable approach to project management.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Dallas area.
