Job summary

Jobot in California is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead luxury custom home projects, coordinate teams and subvendors, and deliver high-quality work on schedule and within budget.

You will drive safety, maintain jobsite logs, and communicate clearly with clients, engineers, and trades to keep projects profitable and on track.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years' experience, strong leadership, and excellent client relations, with a proven track record in upscale residential construction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent at a general contractor on luxury/custom home projects.
• Strong drive, solid leadership/personal skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client relation skills

• Lead and coordinate projects/teams, sub/vendor relationships, produce quality work that's on schedule/profitable, resolve issues, prioritize/delegate tasks, and organize/track materials/resources
