Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on luxury residential projects in Florida, coordinating with the Project Manager to maintain schedule, cost and staff to achieve profitable outcomes.

You will oversee direct on-site supervision, develop 3-week look-ahead schedules, ensure site logistics, supervise quality inspections and coordinate testing, while handling multiple adjacent projects valued from $2M to $10M.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as a superintendent on high-end projects
• Experience with Residential / Commercial / Hospitality Projects
• Ground Up and Interiors construction experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple adjacent projects
• Experience with projects from $2M to $10M
• Procore or similar software
• In-depth knowledge of commercial construction processes and practices
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of the field labor force
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients
• Create and maintain a 3-week look-ahead schedule
• Develop and maintain site logistics plan
• Conduct quality inspections
• Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts
• Monitor costs including labor time and materials
• Manage schedules with detailed short-term plans
• Prepare and submit Superintendent's Daily Reports/updates in Procore
• Attend and participate in project meetings including subcontractor meetings
