You will operate sewing and embroidery equipment, read production orders, and collaborate with peers to meet production, quality, and efficiency goals in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools, sewing equipment, and assembly processes.
• Experience with industrial sewing or embroidery equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install hockey skate components, including boots, holders, runners, tongues, eyelets, and related hardware.
• Read and interpret production orders and customer specifications to meet quality and efficiency goals.
• Operate sewing and embroidery equipment to assemble and finish skate components.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain production documentation and follow safety policies.
