Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or machine assembly experience preferred.
• Able to read blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hand and power tools and precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies from drawings and work instructions.
• Position, align, and install components to precise tolerances.
• Use mechanical fastening methods (bolts, screws, rivets, clips) to assemble parts.
• Install electrical enclosures and related components as required.
• Perform precision fitting using filing, honing, scraping, drilling, and tapping.
• Conduct inspections and functional tests to verify performance.
