Job summary

Home Brands Group LLC, the parent company of Re-Bath, is seeking a front-line installer helper in Phoenix, AZ. You will assist the lead installer with measuring, cutting, and fitting glass panels to specification on job sites.

Responsibilities include safely loading and transporting glass, preparing work areas, applying caulk and hardware, keeping tools and sites clean, and being ready to cross-train in bathroom installations.

Qualifications

• Assist the lead installer with measuring, cutting, and fitting glass panels to specification.
• Safely load, unload, and transport glass materials on job sites.
• Prepare work areas with drop cloths and protect surfaces.
• Handle and position glass using suction cups, dollies, and lifting equipment.
• Apply caulk, sealants, and adhesives as directed by the lead installer.

Responsibilities

• Install hardware such as hinges, handles, brackets, and tracks.
• Clean glass surfaces and inspect installations for quality.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Keep job sites clean and organized throughout the workday.

Requirements:

• Assist the lead installer with measuring, cutting, and fitting glass panels to specification
• Safely load, unload, and transport glass materials on job sites
• Prepare work areas drop cloths, protecting surfaces, clearing obstacles
• Handle and position glass using suction cups, dollies, and other lifting equipment
• Apply caulk, sealants, and adhesives as directed by the lead installer
• Install hardware such as hinges, handles, brackets, and tracks
• Clean glass surfaces and inspect finished installations for quality
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
• Keep job sites clean and organized throughout the workday

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license & clean MVR
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and handle large glass panels
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
• Basic hand tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude
• Willing to cross-train in the bathroom installation department and assist with bathroom remodels as needed
