Job summary

Re-Bath, LLC is hiring an installation assistant to support the lead installer in measuring, cutting, and fitting glass panels for bathroom remodels. You will transport materials on job sites, prepare work areas, and ensure safety and quality throughout installations.

You will also apply sealants, install hardware, and keep tools in good condition while maintaining clean, organized work sites. Training and cross-mentoring in bathroom installations are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license & clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and handle large glass panels.
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead installer with measuring, cutting, and fitting glass panels to specification.
• Safely load, unload, and transport glass materials on job sites.
• Prepare work areas with drop cloths and protective surfaces.
• Handle and position glass using suction cups, dollies, and other lifting equipment.
• Apply caulk, sealants, and adhesives as directed by the lead installer.
• Install hardware such as hinges, handles, brackets, and tracks.
• Clean glass surfaces and inspect finished installations for quality.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Keep job sites clean and organized throughout the workday.
