Job summary

Home Brands Group LLC, the parent company of Re-Bath, is hiring for a glass installer support role in Phoenix, AZ. You will assist the lead installer with measuring, cutting and fitting glass panels, loading materials at job sites, and maintaining clean, safe work areas throughout the day.

The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, passing a background check and drug screen, and willingness to travel to job sites.

Qualifications

• Ability to commute to Phoenix, AZ and travel to job sites.
• Cross-train in bathroom installation and remodels as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installer with measuring, cutting and fitting glass panels to specification.
• Load, unload and transport glass materials to job sites.
• Prepare work areas and protect surfaces during installation.
• Position glass using suction cups and lifting equipment.
• Apply caulk, sealants and adhesives per lead instructions.
• Install hinges, handles, brackets and tracks; inspect finished work.
• Keep tools and work areas organized and clean.

High school diploma or GED preferred

Requirements:

• Assist the lead installer with measuring, cutting, and fitting glass panels to specification
• Safely load, unload, and transport glass materials on job sites
• Prepare work areas drop cloths, protecting surfaces, clearing obstacles
• Handle and position glass using suction cups, dollies, and other lifting equipment
• Apply caulk, sealants, and adhesives as directed by the lead installer
• Install hardware such as hinges, handles, brackets, and tracks
• Clean glass surfaces and inspect finished installations for quality
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
• Keep job sites clean and organized throughout the workday

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license & clean MVR
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and handle large glass panels
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
• Basic hand tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude
• Willing to cross-train in the bathroom installation department and assist with bathroom remodels as needed
