Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate in Holly Springs, NC to build customer relationships and create memorable framing solutions. Help customers shop, locate products, and maintain a clean, well-merchandised store while following SOPs.

You will complete framing orders, operate the cash register, support omni-channel processes, and assist with truck unloading and stocking. Retail experience preferred; basic computer and measuring skills required; evenings, weekends, and early mornings are common.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and help them find framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock rooms.

• Operate cash register and handle cash to SOP standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and store replenishment.
