Job summary

Michaels Store - MIA-DADELAND, FL is seeking a team member to build customer relationships and deliver custom framing solutions while helping customers shop and find what they need.

You will complete framing orders with quality and on time, maintain the frame department, operate the cash register, and support omni-channel processes. The role requires basic computer and measuring skills and may include evening, weekend and early morning shifts.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance to laws and requirements; execute policies.
• Deliver custom framing solutions and complete framing orders on time with quality.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure in-stock, well-merchandised areas.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standard; support omni-channel processes.
• Follow safety programs and participate in truck unloading and stocking as needed.
