Job summary

Michaels Queens- Forest Hills store is seeking a team member to build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions. You will help customers shop, complete framing orders on time, maintain a well merchandised department, and support omni-channel processes in a busy retail environment.

Expect to handle cash, operate a register, and deliver friendly service while following SOPs and safety protocols. This role may include evenings, weekends, and physical store tasks.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Deliver sales and production results with custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders on time and with high quality.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and inventory; assist with replenishment.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find what they need.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
