Job summary

Michaels in Miami is seeking a store associate to help customers find the right framing solutions and complete orders with accuracy. You will provide friendly service, assist shoppers, and keep the framing department well organized and stocked.

The role includes supporting omni-channel processes and following SOPs. Applicants should have basic computer and measuring skills, with the ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships by delivering framing solutions and assisting with custom framing orders.
• Help customers shop the store and locate products; maintain a well merchandised, in-stock environment.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on-time delivery.
• Maintain and organize the ready-made frame department and related areas such as SOP adherence and replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist omni-channel processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow company SOPs.
