Job summary

Michaels Store Johns Creek is seeking a customer-focused team member to assist shoppers, locate products, and deliver custom framing solutions in a well-merchandised store environment.

You will help customers shop, complete framing orders on time, operate the cash register, and support omni-channel processes while upholding safety and SOPs. Expect nights, weekends, and early mornings in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• retail experience.
• experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance and execute policies.
• Build relationships with customers while delivering custom framing solutions and achieving sales targets.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and find products.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact respectfully with others and model Michaels values.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking to keep shelves ready.
• Operate cash register and perform cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes.
