Job summary

Michaels in Roseville, MN is seeking a Store Associate to help customers find framing solutions and build relationships. You will operate the cash register, unload trucks, stock frames, and maintain a clean, in-stock store environment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with framing needs, providing friendly service, and following SOPs while supporting safety programs. Retail experience is preferred and physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with framing solutions.
• Operate cash register and cash handling to standards.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready made frame department and other assigned areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
