Job summary

Michaels in Woodbury, MN is hiring a Store Associate to help customers with framing solutions, load and stock, and operate the cash register. You will maintain a clean, well merchandised sales floor to help customers find what they’re looking for.

You’ll follow SOPs, assist with Omni channel processes, and support safety and shrink programs while delivering friendly service. Prior retail experience is preferred and shifts include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop and find framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Maintain a ready-made frame department and stock levels.
• Support omni-channel processes and safety programs.
