Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and help customers find what they need.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock levels.
• Provide friendly customer service and a well merchandised store.
• Follow SOPs and company programs; support shrink and safety.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and order pickups.
