Job summary

Michaels Palm Desert store in California is seeking team members to build customer relationships and craft custom framing solutions for art projects.

You will help customers shop, locate products, operate the cash register, and participate in truck unloading and stock replenishment, all while maintaining a clean, well-merchandised store.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Build relationships with customers while creating Custom Framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Follow SOPs and Company programs.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact respectfully with others and model company values.
• Participate in truck unload and stocking processes.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Acknowledge customers and provide solutions.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
