Job summary

Michaels in Visalia, CA is seeking a friendly framing associate to build customer relationships and guide shoppers to the right framing solutions. You will help customers find products, complete framing orders, and keep the frame shop organized and in stock.

You will operate the cash register, follow SOPs, assist with truck unloading and stocking, and support omni-channel processes. Prior retail experience and ability to use framing equipment are a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred, helps selling products and services.
• Experience in customer service advantageous.
