Michaels is seeking a team member for our framing department in Midlothian, VA. You will assist customers, quote framing options, and process orders with accuracy while maintaining a well stocked store environment.

Responsibilities include cashier duties, bagging products, helping customers locate items, and supporting omni-channel processes. The role involves nights, weekends and early mornings in a public retail setting with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience and customer service focus are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop for framing needs.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with omni-channel processes and maintain in-stock, well merchandised store.
• Support safety and shrink programs and participate in stocking/unload when needed.
