Job summary

Michaels Stores Roanoke - Store - Roanoke, Tanglewood is seeking a team member to build relationships with customers and help them select custom framing solutions. You will assist with framing orders, operate the cash register, and keep the store organized and well stocked.

This role may involve nights, weekends, and early mornings. We value basic computer and measuring skills, retail experience, and the ability to assist with Omni channel processes.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience and experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and help customers shop and find what they need.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the framing department and stock readiness.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions per SOP.
• Support Omni channel processes.
