Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. store in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Store Associate to build customer relationships, assist shoppers with framing solutions, and maintain a clean, well-stocked environment. You will follow SOPs, handle POS and cash handling, and support omni-channel processes while delivering friendly service.

Responsibilities include completing framing orders accurately, stocking, merchandising, and assisting with truck unloading and replenishment. Retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Build relationships with customers while delivering custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and keep the store well merchandised and in-stock.
• Support shrink and safety programs and assist with Omni channel processes.
