Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate at the PHX-GILBERT/GATEWAY, AZ location to build customer relationships and assist customers with framing solutions. You will handle sales, cart processing, and maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment.

The role involves operating the cash register, assisting with Omni-channel processes, and following SOPs while supporting safety programs. Physical tasks include lifting, standing, and climbing as required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies to ensure compliance and standards.
• Assist customers, help them shop and find products.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the framing department and shelves, restock as needed.
• Provide friendly customer service and a well-merchandised store.
