Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Prescott Store, is seeking a friendly Retail Framing Associate to help customers find the right frames and create custom framing solutions. You will maintain a clean, well-merchandised store and process sales at the register with accuracy.

You will follow SOPs, assist with truck unloading and replenishment, and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment that requires nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and offer custom framing solutions.
• Help customers shop the store and locate products.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Maintain a neat, well merchandised store.
• Assist with truck unloading and stock replenishment.
• Follow SOPs and safety programs.
