The role involves operating the cash register, supporting omni-channel processes, and delivering excellent customer service across shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance and standards.
• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions and deliver sales results.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas including stock replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
