Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Bee Cave, TX is seeking a Store Team Member to assist customers with framing solutions, process orders, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store. You will operate the cash register, support omni-channel processes, and uphold SOPs while delivering friendly service in a climate-controlled retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs
• Build relationships with customers and provide framing solutions
• Complete framing orders on time with high quality
• Maintain the frame department and stock
• Operate cash register and cash handling to standards
• Assist with Omni channel processes
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find products
• Help with truck unloading and stocking
• Deliver a well merchandised store and in-stock experience
