Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Associate in West Chester, OH to help customers find framing solutions and complete orders with accuracy.

You will maintain a clean, well-merchandised store and assist with Omni channel processes while delivering friendly service in a climate-controlled retail environment. Ideal candidates have basic computer and measuring skills, can operate framing equipment and glass cutter, and may have retail experience; availability for evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and measuring abilities are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Operate cash register and perform cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
