Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Store Associate for the CIN-WEST CHESTER, OH location. You will help customers shop, locate framing solutions, and create a safe, well-merchandised store.

Build relationships and deliver friendly service while supporting stock, SOPs, and omni‑channel processes. You will operate the cash register, assist with loading/unloading and framing orders, maintain department standards, and collaborate with teammates to meet sales and production goals in a busy retail

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter is required.
• Retail experience and experience selling products/services to customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and create framing solutions.
• Deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders on time and with high quality.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
