Michaels in Indianapolis (INDY-CASTLETON) is seeking associates to assist customers, complete custom framing orders, and maintain the frame shop and adjacent departments. Team Members provide friendly service, ensure product availability, and support store operations during nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Role involves operating the cash register, following SOPs, and participating in Omni channel processes while upholding Michaels' policies and values.

Competenze

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter as part of daily tasks.
• Retail experience is preferred and helpful for customer service duties.
