Job summary

RENA North America in Albany, OR is seeking a Project Manager to lead the design, manufacturing, and delivery of custom production tools and equipment. The role collaborates with sales, engineering, production, and supply chain to develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to baselines.

Responsibilities include risk analysis, cross-functional coordination, maintaining dashboards, and communicating with customers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field required
• 3–5 years of project management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and ERP/MRP systems preferred
• Experience managing engineering, manufacturing or capital equipment projects preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct supervision
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• High sense of urgency and ability to adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules and requirements with multiple stakeholders
• Manage project schedules, track milestones, ensure on-time delivery and communicate changes
• Track hours vs budget and report variance
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across management levels
• Perform risk analysis and report mitigation plans to leadership
• Maintain project status dashboards and executive communications
• Collaborate with procurement for supplier deliverables and escalation of risks
• Oversee project scope, budget, resources, and changes across lifecycle
