Job summary

RENA Technologies North America, based in Albany, Oregon, is seeking a Production Planner II to develop and maintain detailed production schedules that align with customer delivery requirements and material availability.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Shipping to optimize scheduling, monitor progress, and improve on-time delivery while maintaining ERP/MRP data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production planning or related roles.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems for scheduling.
• Manufacturing environment with complex assemblies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and adjust detailed production schedules based on customer requirements and priorities.
• Monitor schedules daily and identify risks to delivery dates.
• Review MRP data, inventory, and supplier lead times to mitigate shortages.
• Prepare shortage reports and coordinate with Procurement to expedite materials.
• Communicate changes and risks to cross-functional teams and management.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy and support KPI tracking.
