Job summary

RENA North America in Albany, Oregon, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the design, manufacturing, and delivery of custom production tools and equipment. You will develop comprehensive project plans, manage schedules and budgets, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires collaboration across sales, engineering, production, and procurement, with an emphasis on risk management, status reporting, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field (required).
• 3–5 years of experience in project management.
• Experience with MS Project, MS Office, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct supervisory authority.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules in collaboration with sales, engineering, production, supply chain, management, customers, and stakeholders.
• Manage schedules, monitor milestones, ensure on-time delivery, and communicate changes.
• Track hours versus budget for projects and report variances.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and regular status meetings with leadership.
• Create and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and executive communications.
• Coordinate with procurement for vendor/supplier deliverables as needed.
• Escalate risks and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Lead kickoff, milestone reviews, and project closeout activities.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and maintained to company standards.
