Closet Factory in the Pittsburgh area is seeking a Closet and Home Organization Designer who blends elite sales skills with a keen eye for design to deliver custom storage solutions. You will generate Designer Created Leads through personal networks, community influence, and social media, supplemented by our pre-qualified leads.

This dynamic, self-motivated professional will build relationships, close deals, and create stunning client-centric designs, while collaborating with installation teams

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (closet design, home improvement, interior design or luxury goods) with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Experience with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, closet design platforms) preferred; a design portfolio is a plus.
• Strong networks and ability to generate leads through personal and professional connections.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through personal networks, community influence, and social media to build a robust pipeline.
• Consult with homeowners, builders, and interior designers to understand storage needs and lifestyle goals.
• Design custom storage solutions using design software for optimal functionality and visual appeal.
• Deliver persuasive design presentations and secure contracts to exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with installation teams and project managers to ensure flawless project execution.
