FIS is seeking a Consultant Lead to drive end-to-end data conversion and implementation for CIS, Safe Deposit Box, and CTR systems. You will set conversion strategies, manage data mapping and validation, and partner with clients and internal teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires deep banking operations knowledge, data migration expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement to ensure successful client transitions to Integrated Banking Systems.

Qualifikationen

• Typically 5+ years of experience in banking operations or fintech environments.
• Experience performing data conversions, including data mapping, data validation, reconciliation, and other related conversion activities.
• Demonstrated experience leading client-facing projects and managing multiple implementation workstreams.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data structures and business processes.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, conversion strategies, and technical solutions.
• Excellent customer relationship management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
