Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of client products and services to configure FIS systems.
• Gather, analyze, and assess client forms and data files for mapping.
• Create data maps and workflow documentation for conversions.
• Share documentation with programmers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Test software against client requirements and review results with customers.
• Obtain formal client acceptance of conversion results.
• Document post-conversion operational needs and usage.
• Develop new procedures with clients for proper system use.
• Validate conversion accuracy through testing and balancing.
• Coordinate conversion readiness reviews and training validation.
• Customize FIS software using authoring tools and modify screens.
• Serve as SME and guide clients in system usage.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for internal and external customers.
• Provide on-site support during conversion and post-conversion maintenance.
• Review final results with customers and coordinate sign-off.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
