U.S. Bank seeks an experienced professional to help maximize client retention and expand the bank's product development and services. You will monitor asset levels, propose fee changes, and perform monthly risk assessments to gauge client satisfaction.

In this role you will research client products to identify sales opportunities, coordinate interdepartmental efforts, and respond to due diligence requests while upholding risk policies and high standards of client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Nine to 14 years of experience in mutual fund or brokerage industry position.
• Experience building client relationships and handling risk management.

Responsibilities

• Maximizing client retention and expanding product development and services.
• Monitor client asset levels and propose fee structure amendments.
• Conduct monthly client risk assessments measuring client satisfaction levels.
• Proactively make recommendations to clients to maintain and increase service levels.
• Research clients' products and services to identify sales opportunities.
