Job description

The Custodian Tech‑Floater plays a key role in maintaining clean and professional office environments across our retail branches. This is a hands‑on, service‑oriented position focused primarily on independent routine cleanings while supporting a team‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning ceiling vents.
• Respond to service requests and prioritize work order response & closing out work orders upon completion with minimal call backs.
• Communicate in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers.
• Wear a company‑provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance while on duty.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Vehicle maintenance as required.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience preferred.
• Demonstrate customer service skills & service‑oriented mindset.
• Competent use of iPad & iPhone.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload and work independently.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more.

Education, Certifications And/or Other Professional Credentials

• High School Degree or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License, required.

Hours and Work Schedule

• Hours per Week: 40, overtime available.
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:30am – 2:00pm.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $22‑24 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
