Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Custodian Technician to maintain clean, professional office spaces across our retail branches. This full-time role emphasizes independent routine cleanings with team support, Monday–Friday, 5:30am–2:00pm, in Langhorne, PA. The job includes a company vehicle, gas card, and supplied gear.

Benefits cover medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and generous PTO; iPhone & iPad provided. Candidate must have a HS diploma and a valid driver's license, with 1+ year custodial experience

Qualifications

• One or more years of custodial experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Proficient with iPad and iPhone for work orders.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs or more.
• High school diploma and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facilities, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restrooms, trash, and vents.
• Respond to service requests and close work orders with minimal callbacks.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
• Wear company-provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Vehicle maintenance as required.

The Custodian Technician plays a key role in maintaining clean and professional office environments across our retail branches. This is a hands‑on, service‑oriented position focused primarily on independent routine cleanings while supporting a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning ceiling vents
• Respond to service requests and prioritizing work order response & closing out work orders upon completion with minimal call backs
• Communicate in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers
• Wear a company‑provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance while on duty
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Vehicle maintenance as required

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience preferred
• Demonstrate customer service skills & service oriented mindset
• Competent use of iPad & iPhone
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more
• Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

• Valid Driver’s License, required

Hours and Work Schedule

• Hours per Week: 40, overtime available
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:30am – 2:00pm

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $22-25 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
