You will supervise the housekeeping team, perform daily cleaning duties, operate floor scrubbers, and assist with apartment turnovers and minor repairs as needed. This role requires strong leadership, staff supervision, and the ability to coordinate daily workloads.

Qualifications

• Canditates should have custodial or janitorial experience and knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating daily work is essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily custodial duties in common areas, offices, kitchens, and resident spaces.
• Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Operate custodial equipment such as floor scrubbers and other cleaning machinery.
• Manage environmental supply inventory and ordering.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Director on budget planning and tracking.
• Oversee and maintain the housekeeping schedule.
• Assist with apartment turnovers, including cleaning, minor repairs, and painting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and infection control standards.
• Serve as backup on-call support for the Maintenance Director.
