Qualifications

• Professional custodial or janitorial experience.
• Supervisory or management experience in custodial.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, sanitation, and safety.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train employees and provide constructive feedback.
• Basic computer skills, including email and scheduling applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a custodial team, providing clear expectations and accountability.
• Oversee daily cleaning, sanitation, inspections, and quality.
• Coordinate event support with Hospitality team.
• Develop cleaning schedules and manage staffing and coverage.
• Manage supplies, equipment maintenance, and expenses.
• Promote a safe workplace with proper use of chemicals and protective gear.
• Assist with cleaning, event setup, and other tasks when needed.
